As a UX/UI designer for the Sanad application, I played a key role in shaping the user experience and interface of this official gateway to digital government services and digital identity in Jordan. Here’s a detailed overview of my contributions:

Sanad is the official gateway to digital government services and digital identity in Jordan. Activating your digital identity through Sanad allows you to:
- Access government digital documents.
- Apply for government services.
- Access personal records.
- Digitally sign documents.
- Make bill payments.
- Utilize many more features.
Sanad is designed with a strong emphasis on security and privacy, ensuring that user data, account credentials, and personal information are kept safe and secure.
Task
My Role and Contributions: 1- User Research and Analysis: Conducted user research to understand citizen needs and behaviors. Analyzed feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement. 2- Wireframing and Prototyping: Created wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma. Developed high-fidelity prototypes to showcase functionality. 3- UI Design: Designed a clean, intuitive, and accessible interface. - Ensured compliance with accessibility standards. 4- Usability Testing: Conducted usability testing and iterated designs based on feedback. 5- Security and Privacy Considerations: Integrated security features to protect user data. Designed prompts to educate users on data safety. 6- Collaboration: Worked closely with developers for accurate design implementation. Collaborated with product managers and stakeholders to align with goals. 7- Achievements: Created a user-centric design for easier access to government services.
