Compensation
You will be compensated 100% through commissions in this independent contractor role. Earnings are based entirely on your performance with no base pay.

The Account Success Manager plays a key role in client engagement, helping new applicants navigate our benefit solutions. You’ll work virtually, meet with clients daily, and guide them toward confident decisions.

Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled virtual meetings with clients
Explain program details and assist with decisions
Ensure all documents are submitted correctly
Log notes and manage activity in our CRM
Attend virtual meetings to develop your craft
