We’re looking for a Product Copywriter to bring warmth, clarity, and motivation to our in-app experience. Your words will guide clients through daily journeys, spark small moments of delight, and help build habits that last.
You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and brand to make sure in-app messages delight users, reflect our core beliefs, and inspire action. The ideal candidate is someone who writes like a coach—clear, kind, and motivating—and thinks like a product marketer—intentional with business objectives and positioning in mind. If you’ve worked on onboarding or early product flows that boost engagement and build connection, even better. Experience in health, wellness, coaching, or fitness is a strong bonus.

Write thoughtful, motivating, and delight-driven in-app copy.
Translate behavior change and health concepts into messages that feel simple, relatable, and energizing.
Collaborate with product, design, and brand to bring consistent and engaging experiences to life.
Ensure everything you write aligns with our tone of voice: motivating, honest, empathetic, and a little bit cheeky when the moment calls for it.
Bring a coach-like energy to your copy—one that inspires action, celebrates small wins, and helps clients bounce back after setbacks.
Use insights, data, and client feedback to continuously refine and improve the in-app experience.
Support occasional launch messaging or special product initiatives.
Propose and organize A/B copy tests to optimize metrics.
Native English speaker.
Experience writing in-app product copy for digital tools or mobile apps.
A portfolio that shows your ability to write with clarity, heart, and an eye for detail—especially in health, wellness, or behavior change contexts.
An understanding of tone and timing—you know when to be encouraging, when to be clear, and when a little humor can help something land.
Strong collaboration skills—you’re comfortable working with product managers, designers, and stakeholders.
Comfortable adapting based on feedback, testing, or results—you see copy as something to shape and improve, not just ship.
Bonus: Experience writing onboarding or lifecycle flows that drive early engagement.
Bonus: Familiarity with the needs of clients on a health or weight loss journey.
