Job Title: Solutions Engineer

What will you be doing?

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to design tailored communication solutions for customers, focusing on technical details and hands-on configuration.
• Perform site surveys and feasibility studies to develop optimal solutions for new maritime customers.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and testing of systems on maritime platforms, ensuring hands-on execution and customer satisfaction.
• Develop detailed documentation for solutions and services and act as a technical advisor to customers, facilitating understanding and usage of systems.
• Stay informed on the latest system advancements and conduct training sessions to share knowledge with both clients and internal teams.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science.
• 3-5 years of experience in satellite communications, particularly in maritime settings.
• Strong background in technical and hands-on roles, familiar with systems such as VSAT and IP networking.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical info to non-technical stakeholders and maintain customer-facing interactions.
• Open-minded and dedicated to learning new technologies and systems.
