Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 5 years of experience in program or project management. + Experience in one of the following areas: supply chain operations, financial planning and analysis, management consulting, or similar environment. Preferred qualifications: + 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. + Knowledge and experience working with supply chains, contract manufacturers, and consumer hardware. As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish - working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google ( . + Lead cross-functional initiatives for supply chain and ops organization to build processes, tools, capabilities and systems. Manage project schedules, identify risks and communicate them to project stakeholders. + Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, or manage project plans for supported program(s). + Partner with cross-functional teams within supply chain and operation, and Finance to measure and quantify the impact of initiatives. + Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for deviations. + Identify, communicate, and collaborate with stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals.
