We’re looking for a driven Plant Manager to join our leadership team and help take our business to the next level.

Position Summary: The Plant Manager will oversee daily operations, drive process improvement, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure consistent performance, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage people, systems, and performance metrics while maintaining a hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Lead and manage daily operational activities (e.g., production, scheduling, maintenance, and tool room).
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and increase output.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure goals are met or exceeded.
• Partner with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery to customers.
• Develop and coach team members, promoting a high-performance culture.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, training, consumables, and resource planning.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy, budgets, and capacity planning.
• All other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
