Center Medical Director – Primary Care Outpatient –Cleveland, OH
COMPENSATION: $280,000-$300,000+ Bonus’ Total comp. well over $300,000

Transportation is provided to patients that need it at no charge.
Clinic offers:
• Inhouse Consulting Specialist: Cardiology, Podiatry and more
• Holistic Health Services: Acupuncture, Tai Chi, Yoga and Nutrition
• Door to Door Transportation for our patients (Uber/Lyft)
Salary: Base $280,000-$300,000
Hours: Monday – Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a – 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15
Work/Life Balance
Small Patient Panel – 60-90 patients’ max
Manage PCP’s and NP’s
Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases
Value Based Care
Board Certified/Board Eligible in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience preference
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
Active unencumbered Ohio MD or DO license
Transports patients, equipment and products throughout the medical center in a safe and efficient manner. Safely performs complex patient lifts/transfers, including competent handling of multiple lines, ventilators, traction devices etc. in coordination with patient ...
