Responsibilities:

• Lead your team and focus on patient satisfaction.
• Lead by example and set a standard for extraordinary customer service.
• Lead team members to excel at every task.
• Supervise the everyday operations in the office
• Resolving patient problems, oversee patient claims to insurance, and managing the patient schedule and general workflow of the entire office

Requirements:

• Minimum 24 months DENTAL experience
• Proficiency with dental management software
• Proficiency with overseeing staff and dental office day-to-day tasks
