Medical Receptionist, Newark, Elizabeth and Westfield, NJ $20+ DOE
Skills needed must be bilingual in Spanish. Well spoken, able to work in a fast paced, multitask office EHR system is Tebra. Excellent communication skills, good phone matters and a pleasant, understandable voice. Duties are answering phones, interacting with new and current patients. Prepare charts for patients and update as needed. Schedule appointments with patients. (Check in and out) work on Electronic Health Records. Enter info. In computer. Apply co-pays and verify insurance.
Will work 40 hour work week Monday through Friday 9 to 5, May work a few minutes over at time as needed Health benefits are offered a Horizon Blue Cross the cost is split between the doctor and the employee average cost is $50-$65 twice a month. Paid on the first and 15th of the month there is also a 401(k) plan that employee is eligible for after one year of employment. One week sick/personal days with two weeks' vacation probationary period is three months,
