We are currently seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Beachwoods Resort, a stunning 150-room year-round destination in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Nestled within a 100-acre Maritime Forest between the Atlantic Ocean and Albemarle Sound, the resort offers a breathtaking natural setting with lakes, woodlands, wetlands, and wildlife. As a Maintenance Technician II, you will play a essential role in maintaining the pristine condition of guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-the-house areas. Daily Pay* - get your earned pay any time before payday Duties include: Establishes a clear line of communication with the engineering leadership. Assist other maintenance staff on special projects. Detailed record keeping for logs and inspection sheets. Painting, stucco, texturing, drywall, staining, knockdown and popcorn ceilings. Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures including drain cleaning. Other duties as assigner by your leader. Qualifications Key Skills and experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of 1- 2 years' experience in facilities maintenance. Open and Flexible availability, to include weekends and holidays. Can climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs., lift/carry up to 50 lbs., and grasp, stoop, reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations.
