Job Description

Legal Assistant – Southwest Houston

A stable and growing law firm specializing in a niche business practice seeks a Legal Assistant to support legal operations. The role offers full benefits, paid parking, and excellent leadership in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist legal assistants with drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents
  • Manage property conveyances, acquisitions, and regulatory compliance matters
  • Facilitate client financing instruments and maintain digital records
  • Support client meetings, including preparation and follow-ups
  • Handle e-filing, document scanning, and administrative tasks

Preferred Qualifications:
