Who They’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in QA, software testing, or technical support roles.
• Someone junior in their career but on a strong upward trajectory, with solid computer science fundamentals, and a genuine interest in the AI coding assistant space.
• Familiarity with IntelliJ IDEA or other JetBrains IDEs, either through prior testing or regular developer use.
• Comfort working across macOS, Linux, and Windows environments.
• A curious, detail-oriented mindset; someone who enjoys digging into problems and reproducing complex bugs.
• Bonus points for any exposure to developer tools, plugins, or terminal-based workflows, but not a requirement.

You’ll need to be on-site at least 3 days a week in Palo Alto for this role, though there may be some flexibility for the right person. Relocation and sponsorship can be accommodated if needed.

Starting salary will be in the range of $175,000-$275,000 plus full healthcare, dental, and vision benefits, and 401k contributions. As the company grows, benefits will continue to expand.
