Job Description

Our client is seeking a Firm Administrator to oversee business administration, team management, project coordination, human resource functions and payroll support.

This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary range from $75,000 to $125,000 depending upon experience. Our client offers excellent benefits to include medical insurance, 401k, FSA and a performance-based bonus plan.

Position is located on the Central Coast of California, and would require working between two local locations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and supervise a talented team
  • Manage operational projects from planning to execution
  • Oversee human resource functions to include recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance and benefits administration
  • Oversee the daily office operations and ensure a seamless workflow
  • Support payroll processing with timesheet validation and accuracy checks

Qualifications

  • A minimum of five years experience in Firm Operations
  • Proven strong leadership, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Experience in human resources labor laws, payroll and best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, HR and payroll software
