**DESCRIPTION**
This position is **\#hybrid** , working in the **Rogers, Arkansas** office **3 days a week** .
You will **support** the full category review process-with a particular focus on the **MOD** **relay process** -while **harnessing cutting-edge AI** and **automation tools** to boost efficiency and accuracy while driving client value.
You will be responsible for **strengthening existing client partnerships** , **growing new business** **opportunities, and driving strategic growth** by identifying white space opportunities. **You'll lead a high-performing team** with vision and purpose, inspiring and empowering them to deliver results through collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ **Lead and manage** multiple client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and tailored support across unique category review projects.
+ **Leverage AI and automation** tools to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and drive efficiency throughout the review cycle.
+ Identify and pursue **new business opportunities** , contributing to client growth and expanding service offerings.
+ **Collaborate cross-functionally** with internal stakeholders to align priorities, share insights, and deliver cohesive client solutions.
+ Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring on-time execution and continuous process improvement.
+ **Recruit, train, supervise, evaluate,** and **develop** your associates to increase their knowledge, skills, and output quality while generating excitement for tools that facilitate everyday business management and opportunity analysis across the team(s) to support client(s) and/or customer(s) objectives.
+ **Manage revenue** and **expense goals** on each project as well as annual budget goals.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education Requirements:**
+ Bachelors Degree
+ Category Management certification, **preferred**
**Work Experience Requirements:**
+ **6 to 10 years** of related work experience
+ At least 2 years of **Supervisor/Management** experience
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:**
+ Possess a solid working knowledge of the **Retail & CPG** industries, with a strength in the area responsible for managing **data sources** like **Retailer POS, NielsenIQ, IRI/Circana** , consumer insights tools, and concepts.
+ **Lead** , **coach,** and **practice** solid project management and accountability skills, **leading others in the optimal direction and execution against analytical deliverables** .
+ Lead others in the **execution of projects** and **initiatives** , clearly communicating goals/expectations, assigning tasks, and setting effective measures of results.
+ Advanced skills in **cross-functional teamwork, communication, presentation/storytelling** , plan preparation, and delivering effective solutions.
+ Break down larger problems into smaller components and potential **resolutions** .
+ Customize and adapt **communication** and discussion to appeal to the specific interests, needs, and levels of the audience.
+ Build and maintain **effective relationships with stakeholders** , gaining trust and respect, leading to optimal execution of results.
+ **Prioritize** initiatives and resources based on the strategic priorities of the organization.
+ Clearly **define** and **communicate** roles and responsibilities to others.
+ Build **strategic objectives** with **senior leadership,** identifying areas of growth.
