About LA GOLF
Our founder had an epiphany—there was a window of opportunity to recreate the brand magic and disruption he and his co-founder had just brought to the baseball industry. Armed with a compelling, universally recognized name, proprietary tooling and designs, a proven strategic playbook, and a partner—Bryson DeChambeau—who was eager to change golf, Dickens set out to reimagine the golfing experience. He often says that between the rules and the equipment, the USGA has made golf virtually unplayable, making even the best athletes anxious at the thought of taking their next swing.
DeChambeau had long argued that the design and testing processes used by large brands excluded the majority of golfers. In response, Dickens gave DeChambeau and our Chief Design Officer, Jeff Meyer, a blank sheet of paper to think differently—removing any fear of experimentation. The result? New materials, proprietary designs, and innovative solutions to age-old problems—most notably, what happens when you don’t hit the perfect strike.
Along the way, Dickens infused his provocative and playful voice into an industry that takes itself far too seriously while failing to respect the customer’s experience.
Every day, our founder challenges the team to question industry norms, eliminate friction from the customer experience, and find as many ways as possible to make golf more fun for everyone.
Job Description: We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors based in California, Texas, and Florida to represent LA GOLF at various pop-up events across the nation, to support the Driver Launch, including golf courses, bars, restaurants, parks, and other social gatherings. The ideal candidate possesses a love for golf and the ability to articulate the LA GOLF story with conviction. This role involves engaging with customers while effectively conveying the groundbreaking technology behind our new driver.
Key Responsibilities:
● Immerse yourself in the LA GOLF narrative and communicate it passionately to clients and customers.
● Represent LA GOLF at pop-up events, providing essential information about our products and engaging with potential customers.
● Utilize digital tools to check in customers and gather valuable insights through qualifying questions, preparing them for golf club fittings.
● Collaborate with fitters to create seamless transitions that turn customer interactions into successful sales.
● Travel to events across the designated regions, with travel days compensated along with per diem for meals and accommodations.
● Ensure a memorable experience for customers at every event while maintaining brand consistency.
Qualifications:
● Excellent communication skills, personable demeanor, and an engaging personality.
● Experience driving/transporting a trailer is preferred.
● Experience in customer service, sales, event promotion, or brand representation.
● A genuine passion for golf and knowledge of the sport is a plus.
● Ability to travel as needed and manage logistics for off-site events.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits:
● $55 to $60 per hour, 3 to 4 days per week, including travel time.
● Per diem allowance for travel-related expenses.
