Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly Pay: 17 - 19hr based on experience. 
  • Health Insurance after 90-days. 
  • Dental & Vision: 100% company-paid after 90-days.

Your Role:

As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our accounting team.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Data Entry: Accurately input financial transactions into accounting software/QuickBooks. 
  • Account Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements, credit card statements and financial discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to customers, the accounting department and management.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • We seek a detail-oriented and motivated individual with a strong foundation in accounting principles.
  • Education: Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/QuickBooks.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and contribute to team success.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
  • Proactive problem solver with a solutions-first mindset.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred—our client base is diverse, and your language skills will directly enhance community connection.

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday : 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (On-Site).
  • Weekend Availability : Must be available for staffing needs and emergencies.
